In this context, LE BRIDGEUR offers its customers the most attractive price tolerated by law.

2.1. In the event of an order to a country other than mainland France, you are the importer of the product(s) concerned. For all products shipped outside the European Union and Overseas Territories, the price will be calculated excluding taxes automatically on the invoice. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. These rights and sums do not fall within the responsibility of the BRIDGEUR. 04 - The order

4.2. Registration and validation of the order

In certain cases, delivery is provided by a specialized carrier (heavy or bulky packages, such as our bridge tables or our mats). The delays are no longer any longer.

08 - Right of withdrawal

If the right of withdrawal is exercised within the aforementioned period, only the price of the product(s) purchased will be refunded. In the event of a defect in the product(s), the return costs will be our responsibility.

Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) allowing them to be remarketed in new condition, and accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice for optimized management.

8.2. Products excluded from the right of withdrawal

In accordance with current regulations, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for books, customizable products or computer software unsealed by the customer, journals or subscriptions to our magazines.
