You can choose to be delivered to your home or to pick up your order by shop.

SHIPPING TO INDIVIDDUALS

Type of delivery

• Colissimo: Le Bridgeur chose to work with Colissimo de La Poste for most of his packages. Following the preparation of the order, you are delivered in less than 4 working days with confidence everywhere in France metropolitan (for products in stock).
• Carrier: In some cases, delivery is provided by a specialized transporter (heavy or bulky packages, such as our bridge tables). The deadlines are not longer.

Delivery time

• Products: When you confirm an order on our website before midnight, the shipment is made the next working day. For example, if you place an order on Wednesday at 10:30 p.m., it will be dispatched on Thursday afternoon.
• Subscriptions: For subscriptions to our Le Bridgeur and Bridgerama reviews, routing is done between the 15th and the 20th of each month (except in the month August). You will therefore receive your journal between 20 and 30 directly at your house. If you have subscribed to the digital subscription, it is immediately available from your my account space, online and download.

Billing and delivery address

Le Bridgeur offers to deliver your order to your home or home the person to whom you intended your order (in this case, we do not join no invoice per package). After shopping online and validating your basket, you will choose the billing address (yours) then choose the delivery address (that of the recipient).

For individuals, delivery is free for all orders in mainland France above €39.

RETURNS

Return within 15 days:

For any purchase made on lebridgeur.com or by telephone, you can change your mind. Thus, if the items ordered do not meet your expectations, you can decide to return them to us within 15 days of the date of receipt. Simply contact us at 01.42.96.25.50, by email at boutique@lebridgeur.com or make a request from your account.

You can return your order to us by post, your item must be in its original packaging, with its accessories.

Incomplete or damaged items as well as unpacked or downloaded software cannot be returned or exchanged.
